The second grade students have been studying the environment in their science unit.They chose one topic to write a short paragraph about describing something they learned during this unit. In the computer lab they used the multi-media program KidPix to type in their sentences and draw a picture to go with it.

The first grade students have been working on their writing skills in class. They each wrote a sentence about what they did at the Fall Festival. In the computer lab the students have been learning how to use the various tools in the multi-media program KidPix. They typed in their sentence and then drew a picture to go along with it.
